Accommodation applications for Semester 2 now open

Did you know that ANU guarantees an offer of accommodation in one of our residences or other approved accommodation to all students? Interhall transfer

Looking to switch residences in Semester 2? Applications for interhall transfers open from Monday 15 April to Sunday 28 April 2024. An application link will be sent to you via email on Monday 15 April 2024. To find out more, visit our website.

We would like to notify our new and returning students that there will be hail remediation construction and upgrade works during upcoming summer and throughout 2024. Some of this work will be at our residences including Fenner Hall, Davey Lodge, Kinloch Lodge, Warrumbul Lodge and Lena Karmel Lodge. In addition, there will be remediation at sites close to the residential halls, particularly at the Kambri precinct.

Scheduling the works to minimise the impact on students is a priority for the University. We will share further details with our residential community as they made available. For any concerns, please contact our Accommodation Services team at uni.accom@anu.edu.au.

If you have made a direct application to ASA please DO NOT complete another accommodation application. Please follow instructions in your offer letter.

Important things to remember

• You should apply for accommodation BEFORE you are offered an academic place at ANU.
• Your preference for a particular student residence will be considered but ARE NOT guaranteed;
• An accommodation offer may be for a residence other than your preference and costs may vary;
• Accommodation offers will be made via email. You must check your email regularly, if you miss your offer it will lapse and you will be unlikely to receive another offer;
• You cannot apply directly to the student residences. The one application covers all University Accommodation locations.
